The Bright Expanse of 24 – Jack Bauers last season of 10 past 9

Fighting all day and night until the closing to the hour, just like General Choi Hong Hi kicked and punched the way all around the worlds.

Taegeuk Poomsae eight forms:

The 8 natural elements used in the way of kicks and punches of Taekwondo

  • Taegeuk Il Jang – Heaven
  • Taegeuk I Jang – Lake
  • Taegeuk Sam Jang – Fire
  • Taegeuk Sa Jang -Thunder
  • Taegeuk O Jang – Wind
  • Taegeuk Yuk Jang – Water
  • Taegeuk Chil Jang – Mountain
  • Taegeuk Pal Jang – Earth

Poomsae number one, Heaven: The spiritual awakening of creation. The beginning and infinite potential, bringing calmness, peacefulness, and serenity.

Poomsae number two, Lake: It is calmness with hidden depth, looking and venturing to find the mysteries and treasures within one’s heart, and calmness in the midst of storms.

Poomsae number three, Fire: The energetic passion and expansion of putting and placing one’s heart to build and gain strength, speed, and confidence.

Poomsae number four, Thunder: The awakening and sudden force, decisive, precise accuracy, having power, influence, and authority with physical, mental, and spiritual development, and natural force.

Poomsae number five, Wind: It is flexibility and adaptability, a fluidity in motion with gracefulness and gentleness combined with hidden, powerful strength. Instead of resistance, it creates resilience by moving around rather than resisting.

Poomsae number six, Water: It conveys the values of flow, persistence, and quiet power. Transitions from different patterns that have calm strength, are continuous, and have impact over time.

Poomsae number seven, Mountain: Stability and stillness, immovable against storms, wellgrounded and unwavering with patience, and rooted so that nothing shakes you.

Poomsae number eight, Earth: The values of completion, foundation, nurturing, return to simplicity with wisdom, well balanced and aligned as a wise, competent, and able person, having joy and confidence.

All eight natural elements in Poomsae make a person a better version of themselves through reformed practice, theory, and a sound individual trying to attain mastery through fighting in the process until a person becomes complete. Integrity, Strength, Justice, and Self-improvement are the General order of the way. This is why one has to fight from early hours to the last hour.
